Please note that while we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your shipping address, and the selected shipping method.

Packaging

All our bakery items are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. However, please be aware that minor shifting of contents may occur during shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

California-Only Shipping

In compliance with the California Cottage Food Act, we are permitted to sell and ship our products only within the State of California. We cannot process or ship any orders with a delivery address outside of California. Any orders placed for out-of-state delivery will be canceled and refunded in full.
